On 13 May 2026, a delegation from the Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid a three-day working visit to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT).
As part of the visit, the delegation led by Bakhrillo KHASANOV, Director of the Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Prof. Dr. Muhammed Zeki DURAK, President of TÜRKPATENT, and exchanged views on recent developments and opportunities for cooperation in the field of industrial property.
During the meetings held throughout the three-day visit, topics including patent procedures, digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, the geographical indications system, and the commercialization of intellectual property were discussed.
