World Intellectual Property Day event organized in collaboration between TÜRKPATENT and Entertech
On 6 May 2026, a World Intellectual Property Day Event was organized in Istanbul through the collaboration of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) and Entertech Istanbul Technopark.
Speaking at the event, Prof. Dr. M. Zeki DURAK, President of TÜRKPATENT, emphasized the strategic importance of industrial property rights, Türkiye’s current performance in the field of industrial property, and their role in commercialization processes.
As part of the program, a “TÜBİTAK BİGGİST Consortium Signing Ceremony” was held among Entertech Istanbul Technopark, TÜRKSMD, Teknopolis TTO, and Biruni Technopark.
Through this collaboration, the aim is to support entrepreneurs in growing not only as technology developers but also as organizations that build strong intellectual and industrial property strategies.
