9th R&D and Design Centers and Technology Development Zones Summit

According to the results of the Technology Development Regions 2021 Performance Index; Informatics Valley, one of the subsidiaries of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, received the 2nd Prize in the "Emerging Technology Development Regions" list.

R&D and Design Centers and Technology Development Zones Summit was held in İzmir with the participation of Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa VARANK.

Organized for the 9th time this year by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the summit brought together important actors of the R&D and innovation ecosystem, especially R&D and design centers and technology development zones.

At the summit, a total of 42 awards, 30 in 10 categories for R&D and Design Centers and 12 in 4 categories for Technoparks, found their owners.

According to the results of the Technology Development Regions 2021 Performance Index; Informatics Valley, one of the subsidiaries of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, received the 2nd Prize in the "Emerging Technology Development Regions" list.

The award was presented by Mustafa VARANK, Minister of Industry and Technology, Members of the Board of Directors of Informatics Valley; TÜRKPATENT President Cemil BAŞPINAR, Gebze Technical University Rector Prof. Dr. It was presented to Hacı Ali MANTAR and General Manager of Informatics Valley Ahmet Serdar İBRAHİMCİOĞLU.
