Cooperation between TÜRKPATENT and INPI

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed within the scope of the visit to strengthen the cooperation between TÜRKPATENT and INPI.

Pascal FAURE, General Manager of the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), and his accompanying delegation paid a working visit to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) on February 12, 2025.

The delegation came together with TÜRKPATENT President Prof. Dr. Zeki DURAK, and made assessments on current developments in the field of intellectual property.

The digitalization processes carried out by the two offices, artificial intelligence-supported digital transformation projects, geographical indications and activities aimed at SMEs were discussed during the meeting.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed within the scope of the visit to strengthen the cooperation between TÜRKPATENT and INPI.

The MoU aims to enable the two institutions to cooperate more effectively through joint projects and to further international cooperation in the field of intellectual property.
