Cooperation Meeting on Informatics Between TÜRKPATENT and EPO

President of Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Prof. Dr. M. Zeki DURAK had a video conference call with Antonio CAMPINOS, President of the European Patent Office.

At the meeting, where discussions took place on how artificial intelligence technologies could be used more effectively in patent classification and research, an agreement was reached on the development of collaborations in the field of informatics as well as the dissemination of the young professionals program.

TÜRKPATENT President Prof. Dr. M. Zeki DURAK stated that they are working on making application processes faster and more efficient by integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the Office's services.

EPO President Antonio CAMPINOS also touched upon the collaborations with member countries in Europe in the field of informatics and stated that EPO experts will organize a working visit to TÜRKPATENT in February.
