Diplomatic Conference on Design Law Treaty has been completed.
The final text of the Design Law Treaty (DLT), which aims to strengthen international design protection and accelerate the processes, was adopted at the Diplomatic Conference held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, between November 11-22, 2024.
More than 900 representatives from member countries, including our country, participated in the conference held under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), creating an important basis for a more effective protection of design owners on a global scale.
