Edremit Körfezi Yeşil Çizik Zeytini and Maraş Tarhanası Are Registered in the European Union

Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih KACIR announced that Edremit Körfezi Yeşil Çizik Zeytini (Olive) and Maraş Tarhanası (Foodstuff) were registered with the European Union (EU).

The 17 products with geographical indications in the EU are as follows:

  1. Antakya Kunefesi (Dessert),
  2. Ayaş Domatesi (Tomato)
  3. Aydın İnciri (Fig),
  4. Aydın Kestanesi (Chestnut),
  5. Bayramiç Beyazı (Fruit),
  6. Çağlayancerit Cevizi (Walnut),
  7. Edremit Zeytinyağı (Olive Oil),
  8. Gaziantep Baklavası (Dessert),
  9. Gemlik Zeytini (Olive),
  10. Giresun Tombul Fındığı (Hazelnut),
  11. Malatya Kayısısı (Apricot),
  12. Milas Zeytinyağı (Olive Oil),
  13. Milas Yağlı Zeytini (Olive),
  14. Suruç Narı (Pomegranate)
  15. Taşköprü Sarımsağı (Garlic),
  16. Maraş Tarhanası (Foodstuff),
