Hatay Kaytaz Böreği and Gaziantep Lahmacunu Registered in the EU
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih KACIR:

The unique flavors of Anatolian cuisine continue to gain international recognition. Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih KACIR announced that Hatay Kaytaz Böreği and Gaziantep Lahmacun have been added to the list of geographically indicated products registered in the European Union (EU).
In a statement shared on his social media account, Minister KACVIR said:
"With Hatay Kaytaz Böreği and Gaziantep Lahmacun, the number of our geographically indicated products registered in the European Union has reached 40!
In addition, Turkish Coffee has been declared a Traditional Product Name. After the completion of the three-month objection period, our Turkish Coffee will also be registered in the European Union.
With the vision of the Local Development Initiative, we will continue to promote our values as global brands."
