TEKNOFEST, the Aviation, Space and Technology Festival held in İzmir, after İstanbul and Ankara, on the 100th anniversary of the Republic, has ended.
1 million 100 thousand people attended the festival held at İzmir Çiğli Airport, during the 5 days.
The festival, which started on September 27 under the administration of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3), hosted various science, culture and art events.
Our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, attended the festival on September 29 and presented awards to the winners of TEKNOFEST.
The booth of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, installed within the Ministry of Industry and Technology spot, also attracted great attention.
Patent Appointment System and quiz competitions were held simultaneously at the TÜRKPATENT stand, where the staff of the office informed the visitors about industrial property rights.
The closing ceremony of the festival was held with the participation of the Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih KACIR, the TEKNOFEST Board of Directors and the T3 Foundation Board of Trustees Chairman Selçuk BAYRAKTAR.
